Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only to info@brandsconnect.co
  • Any cancellation at 60 Days prior to the service delivery date - No charge
  • Any cancellation between 60 Days – 45 Days prior to service delivery date : 25% of the fee paid will be deducted
  • Any cancellation between 45 Days – 30 Days prior to service delivery date : 50% o f the fee paid will be deducted
  • Any cancellation between 30 Days – 10 Days prior to service delivery date : 75% o f the fee paid will be deducted
  • Any cancellation less than 10 Days: 100% of the fee paid will be deducted

Refunds (if applicable)

If your refunds are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
